O’Neill black textured dress

Selling this never worn black textured O’Neill dress. It is so cute on and is super cute for summer or even a going out dress. The sleeves are just shorter than a tee shirt sleeve and dress length goes just above the knees (depending on height) Size xsmall but will fit a small
