Take the brrrrr off with a Long sleeve layer of neoprene. I use these whenever in the water for a prolonged time or to take the bite off while snorkeling or water skiing. Great for surfing too. The loop in front is to tie into swim suit or swim trunks. Adjustable in the back so the cinch doesn’t poke you when lying on a board. I wear about a 6-8 ladies top so included pics of it on me. It’s a bit big for how a fitted garment should wear.
