Adorable and Beachy dress by O’Neill. Size small. Elastic waist. Adjustable straps. Tie detail at waist. Cotton/polyester blend. Very cute and comfortable!! In good pre worn condition. Two spots shown in last photo, but barely noticeable and I have not treated them so they may come out. Approximate Measurements taken while dress is laying flat.... Bust 17” Waist 10” - 17” stretched Hips free Length from waist to hem 23”
