O’Neill sundress

O’Neill sundress, maxi length, adjustable spaghetti straps, side zip. Empire waist, tiered, slightly flounced hem. Lightweight, non-stretchy 100% cotton fabric. 15-1/2” across empire waist, laying flat. 44” long from armpit to hem. Adjusts in back with a drawstring loop closure. There is a spot on the flounced hem where the seams cane apart, 2” long, shown in picture. This could be easily repaired and the little threadbare part would be hidden within the repair.
