I would say they are pretty true to a small. I’m definitely not a small I’m more a large in bottoms so that’s why I’m selling them

I’m usually a size small, but I’ve found O’Neill to run smaller in the shorts. Usually I wear their mediums but I’ve never tried their athletic shorts
