I love this one of a kind (OOAK) studio piece from the 1980s. This is a medium casserole/baking/serving dish by artist Michael Obranovich. It is both signed & stamped with his studio name. The studio is/was located in Dallas, Texas. I would call this glaze combination "sand & sea" as it is done in attractive browns & blues so it reminds me of the beach. It has applied handles and is considered to be oven safe (although personally this would be a display piece for me.)
Size: approx 6" square x 2.5" d, not including the handles
Condition: Excellent, no chips or cracks. There are a few very light utensil marks on the inside of the bowl but nothing I consider noticeable.
