OP NWOT Small Velour Dress Cover Up (Tube Top Dress)

Vintage. NWOT. OP Brand. This dress has been stored for over a decade inside indoors in a box. Never wore. Shimmery with silver metallic on bright black. Lovely. Size S size 3-5. Poshmark ad states size 5, but the label says 3 to 5. Please note this has been boxed and never worn. Elastic is good! Stretchy firm. Very light weight. Original tag stated, “velour, dress cover-up.” I do have a picture of the original tag, but it’s for a different sized dress. This dress is black or darker than pictured.
