OP (Ocean Pacific) Juniors' Board Shorts. Juniors'/young women's "mermaid" shimmer board shorts. Has velcro closure inside with additional secure tie closure. Perfect for kayaking and kneeboarding. ** Front of the short when laid flat is approximately 16.5" across top shortline. It is estimated this short is 33" in hip size as it sits low and is not high on waist. Size 7-9 (juniors)** **Some pilling on string closure and fabric stuck to one velcro piece, as shown. Does not affect closure of the short** *Instructions state to hand wash but these have done fine on machine wash, inside out, gentle cycle*
