Hi! I’m a little confused on the size. Are they 28 or 33?

@stephgold33 hi! The label says 33 however I have measured them at 28 laying flat. They do stretch so the sizing is probably a but flexible. I think the discrepancy comes from the fact that they are vintage and sizing on vintage clothes is often different than modern!
