Made by Luxxel, purchased from L'ABEYE (the sight curated by Naomi from Southern Charm) Never worn. Great vacation/resort wear, the skirt of the dress is sheer with 2 slits. Could be a swimsuit coverup or wear with short orange workout shorts. Waist is elastic and measures 28" around and can sit on the hip for someone with a waist smaller., the skirt portion of the dress is 35" long. Halter top ties at neck and back and is lined.
