ORIGINAL Tony Bowls Gown

This dress was one of Tony's first collections before he became a big name. I met him in Louisiana, where he personally fitted me for this dress. It is a beautiful crushed velvet with intricate Swarovski Crystals. Worn once in a state pageant. It has been kept in a weatherproof box and it is in perfect condition. Tag says size 4, but it fits more like a 2/4.
