ORVIS Sz 10 Brown Soft Corduroy Stretch Straight Leg Jean Style Pants

I purchased these online as pre-owned but never got them hemmed to fit. Now I've "outgrown" them. They are super soft corduroy, stretch material and the waist has elastic with stretch, too. The waist measures flat about 31 inches but can be stretched to about 32 inches. The pictures look like there may be faded spots but the lighting created shadows. I can assure you the color is the same throughout the pants. They were stored out of the sun with other items in my sewing closet. The brown color has a bit of a reddish undertone so not a deep or dark brown. Please see the measurements below and compare to a similar garment that fits you!
