Good used condition. No holes or stains. There are a couple of snags in the fabric, see pictures. This fabric does attract hair a fuzzies and I do have dogs. I have lint rolled it the best I can. Measurements laid flat are armpit to armpit 19", armpit to bottom of sweater 14.5", shoulder seam to end of sleeve 23", total length 22.5". Message me with any questions
