OS Low-Cut Poofy Dress With Corset Back Wine Red

Wine red. This dress is supposed to be "one size fits all." It has a corset lace-up back with a panel that goes between back and ribbon. Built-in bra. Poofy sleeves with elastic at the end. Two layers of netting with a satiny layer underneath. Decorative buttons on the front. Low-cut.
