Would this also fit a sz small/ more petite (shorter arms hah) person?

@melguerison Hey! The sleeve is 24” from top of shoulder to wrist hem and 18.5” from armpit to hem. I feel like Idh v long arms either and I didn’t notice any awkwardness when trying it on.
