I just got back to my shop, so Im looking at what happened so we can correct it. I wish you would’ve contacted me directly first. I have no problem fixing an order if it was mailed incorrectly. We can easily get you the right size, but I’ll have to wait and see what Poshmark does with the case. Glad you like my closet and selection of cork Otz!

thegreatbelzoni @teri2shoes Now that I look at another pair of the same Otz size 39s, please allow me to point out that the ones I sent you are, or at least should be, labeled US size 7.5. Those are actually the right ones for the size you purchased, according to the Otz sizing and size chart. Which size do you actually need?

The hard part here is that your order was for size 7.5, and the ones I sent you are actually labeled 7.5, so it was sent correctly. rachel_simoneau I got both pairs of shoes but there is a big problem. I have ordered these shoes from the original retailer and size 39 is 8 1/2 to 9 but yours are size 7 to 7 1/2 . I sent you a message this morning and have gotten no reply at all. These shoes are not original otz shoes they are knock offs. It wouldn't even be bad if I could at least wear them but I can't because your euro 39 is not correct at all. I need to know how I can send these back to get my full refund?

vjbug55 @thegreatbelzoni Hi, I so appreciate you being thorough! My pair, which is a wool upper about 10 years old, has a label on the upper and says USA W 7 1/2 and EUR 39. The sole measures 10" toe to heel. If the shearlings fit is snug, I could possibly go up in size as the 39/7 1/2 is a perfect fit. I could go with a denim or blue pair(not the quilted fabric) if you have them in my size instead of the shearling, but I love the black and red buffalo plaid.
