thegreatbelzoni @ksadog22 just measured the 39 (black) and it looks like it’s about 9 7/8”, and the CM measurement on the label is 24.5. I do have the gray ones in 38 ((listed as US 7) and the length seems to be about 9 3/4” or CM 24
