Brand new with original packaging- tried on but was slightly too big for me. Best for a true Medium through large. For reference, I’m a modern size 27-28 and it was slightly too big. Tagged as Large for this reason in listing. Wrap style allows for lots of wiggle room in sizing tho. Wish so bad this fit me!!
