OZMA of California, 100% cotton black dress. Can be worn sleeves on or off the shoulders. Sadly I only wore it once, the sleeves are too big for me to wear at work. Worn once then cleaned. Sitting in a drawer waiting for a new home. I’m a true size small and it fits loosely just like the picture, can be worn with a belt too.
