Oak + Fort Dress Floral Small

NWOT. Only bought, tried on, and left to sit in closet. Smoke free pet free home. The straps are too long for me and cannot be bothered to take in to have hemmed. Also, would recommend anyone with C cup or bigger wear a bra or the dress doesn’t lay quite right.
