Oak+Fort light blue floral short sleeve mini dress

Really cute light blue floral dress from oak+fort. It has a v neck and buttons down the front. New with tags, only selling because it didn’t fit and I missed the return window! (So sorry it’s wrinkled, but it steams easily!)
