This amazing jacket literally does it all. I lived for many years in the PNW and needed a rain jacket that looked cute with leggings, was extra waterproof, had a hood, and wasn’t bulky. I even wore it snowboarding with an insulation layer. I live in CO now where it feels like it never rains so this wonderful jacket needs a new home. Fits TTS with a waist tie so you never look bulky.
