Hi, does it have a powder skirt? Does it run small or big?

@mona_lizzaa Yes it has a powder skirt, I’ll add a picture:) The I-Grow feature will add 1.5inches to the sleeve once the stitches are taken out. The stitches are still intact, so for now it’s a true size 3. Please let me know if you have any other questions, thanks!
