@saucyandsassy Ahhh, I see the confusion. It’s not a flaw. The fabric is see through in places and what you’re seeing is the opposite side of the garment through the see through fabric.
I think you could wear it tucked in, but more likely it would be worn over pants or a skirt.
I’m out all day but I’ll measure for you when I get home.
