This tropical cute fun colored, flowy dress has tie straps with accented bigger white pom poms on ends. Lace detailing the chest area. Lowered back with cinched elastic. It's a bit above the knee with a ruffled delicate pom poms trim. Very girly. Size S appears to be M. Never worn - "it was a MUST HAVE"
