Ocean Drive Palm leaf sundress, S, white/green

This summer dress is very light material and Flowey, would be great as a bikini cover-up or just as a dress. I bought it about two months ago without trying it on and I never made it back to the store to return it, I just did not look good on my body type as I have a small chest but a swimmer's body. The tags are not attached but I've never worn it. It was purchased at a rogue market type store and I paid $44 for it but trying to price it for sale I am seeing that they grossly marked up the item.
