Ocean Drive for Arden B Tunic/Swim Cover Up

So cute ombre tunic swim cover up with faux suede ties and bead details. Great braided straps go into a gathered halter look back with a handkerchief hem in the front. It has a panel in the bust area for more coverage. It could be worn as a mini, a swim cover up and tunic top as well. It is a polyester rayon blend that is washable. Size M but seems to run small. Arm pit to arm pit is 16 3/4 ". 30" from top of shoulder to shortest part of the hem. Purchased at Altard State. New with tags.
