Its defined by circular “orb” like patterns Jasper is known as the “supreme nurturer”. It sustains and supports through times of stress, and brings tranquility and wholeness. Jasper provides protection and absorbs negative energy. It balances yin and yang. Also called Orbicular Jasper due to the orbs of various minerals encased in the stone, this particular stone and others I am selling each have the "fish eye" formation that is very rare in Ocean Jasper. Found only in Madagascar , and being old stock , what is left in OJ collectors possession is what’s left on the planet . They say Finding a Fish Eye Ocean Jasper is like hitting the jackpot, TWICE! Also called bullseyes by some collectors , those that collect OJ know the scarcity and what a treasure they are . It's the rarest formation in one of the rarest stones on the planet. Druzes are my personal favorite aspect of ocean jasper so any I sell definitely features the beautiful crystal like exposure that is a coveted, spectacular, and rare .
