Vintage 90s does 60s Leslie Fay Ocean print Wrap Dress. Soft smooth touch polyester white print on blue. Oversized Collar style, wrap bottom with snap buttons and shell buttons closure. Elastic waist detail at back. Original shoulder pads (easy to remove). Fabric is sheer but hard to see though due to busy print. Tag size 6 . Excellent condition.
