Ocean Waves Dress

Wore to a few piano recitals as a middle-schooler. Very comfortable and appropriate for a pre-teen but I felt very pretty and grown-up in it (: Double-layered, the inside is a solid comfortable material and the outside is the sheer ombre blue.
