Ocean blue high neck summer dress

I’ve loved this dress! Super comfortable and flattering! I loved how the length of this dress wasn’t super short and was more on the modest side, but still super flirty & cute for any event! Worn twice! Size:S (I’m normally a size M or L with dresses so it’s stretchy!)
