Really nice watercolor-type sea scene on an A-line cotton skirt with pockets. Cotton lining. 24" long. Part elastic waist, 16" across (so about 32" circumference). From ModCloth before Wal-Mart acquisition. Has been worn and washed but not heavily worn at all. Will need ironing! Pet-free home.
