Odds ‘n Evens sleeveless vest with puffy hem

Excellent condition. Light tan windbreaker style fabric with a puffed hem. Two large pockets on the front. 14.5” zipper down the front. Fabric tie drawstrings above zipper. Gathered fabric at the top of the neck. Lined on the inside Tag has a size 3 on it. Measures 17” armpit to armpit. 65% nylon 35% polyester fabric. Lining has been repaired on the inside left seam, please see pictures.
