NOTE: On the back right hip side, there is an approximate 1 1/2" section of fabric pulling away at where the smocked waist joins the top of the skirt. There is no hole. Please refer to the pictures for details. Skirt is lined. 100% cotton Measurements (flat lay) are approximate: waist 15" and top of skirt to bottom approximately 25". Color is a fuscia pink. Due to differences in lighting (flash/no flash) and screens, color my appear to vary. Skirt was washed and flat lay dried. Smoke free home. Questions welcomed.
