Odille Peplum Ruffle Top

Dark blue Odille silk/cotton peplum top with white, yellow, red, blue, and light blue square dots in perfect condition. It features a ruffle with red scalloping and a placard with four cute red buttons. The waist is elasticised. It's been worn one time and sadly no longer fits me.
