Skirt section has matching tulle overlay with vertically set triangular panels with the same floral pattern as the top. The tulle layer stops just short of the bottom hemline, with beautiful scalloped edges that echo the edging around the neckline. A grosgrain ribbon sits just under the bustline with a small accent bow on the center left front, color is a darker shade of the lining color which is a beautiful peach-pink color.
