Off Park Collection Glass Pearls Crystals Rhinestones Bib Runway Necklace JTV

The pictures do not do this necklace justice! It’s so much stunning and brilliant in person! It’s very well made and has a weight to it. I believe Off Park Collection is one of JTV’s collections. It’s approximately 18” plus 2” extender chain. The center of the necklace drops at 3”. An estate find! It was taken care of and it’s in great condition!
