While I can’t guarantee the dress will arrive by that date due to possible shipping delays, I’ll ship it today, August 15th. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, barring any USPS delays. If you’re concerned about timing, I can cancel the order before it ships, likely tomorrow morning. Once it’s dropped off at USPS, I can’t make changes, so please let me know as soon as possible.
