Off Shoulder Navy Print Dress size Small

I don’t believe this dress was ever worn. It’s in excellent likeness new condition with no signs of wear. I found it in my daughter’s closet as I was cleaning it out. It can also be worn as a top over leggings or jeans. It’s navy blue with a print. Theo is elastic for a comfortable fit and the hem is lined with navy blue lace. The measurements are approximately 32” chest (34 for shoulders) and 30” length but straps are adjustable so length can be longer or shorter if desired. Please reach out with any questions.
