Well known brand from department store. Sexy off the shoulder dress with roughing and gathering. Extremely flattering! Features “no-slip” elastic around entire top and cups to go braless. Hem line is scoop and can be worn with any shoe height. I checked Macys yesterday. The dress is selling for $289. This is a thick material that is ideal for a winter event. Has some texture at the bottom from the store. It’s only on last 1-2”. It’s quite long and I planned to cut it off. Easy peezy. Price accounts for that.
