Off Shoulder, Tie front Periwinkle Blouse

Wide elastic neckline can be worn off one shoulder, 3 1/4 sleeves, longer in the back and tie front. This blouse is very comfortable, silky feel. It’s a roomy top so not form fitted. My mannequin is a size 2. Size is small. Measurements lying flat are 20 inches across, 27 in long backside and 17 in long in the front. Says dry clean only but it’s polyester so I washed it in gentle cycle and laid out flat to dry. Only worn twice, just trying to downsize my wardrobe.
