Off Shoulder Tropical Print Scallop Trim High Slit Dress

This dress is in excellent condition as it is brand new and has never been worn. It is a vibrant orange, white and green tropical floral print, off-the-shoulder, half-sleeve, ruffle top, high-front slit dress. I bought this to fit me as a size 14 and it fits more like a medium or a size 12. Someone is going to look gorgeous in this pretty vacation-style dress.
