Off Shouler Tunic Dress

Fun and funky Spring dress. Off shoulder, short sleeved tunic dress. Add a belt for a cinched look. Dress has dark navy striped background with floral patterns in pinks and purples. I am 5'2" and it hits at the top of my knees.
