Off The Shoulder BCBG Dress

Black with white embroidered flowers. Off the shoulder style. Flowers go all of the way around; dress looks the same on front and back. Very thin belt around the waist that still has paper wrapped on the ends to protect the material. Kind of a heavy knit but a slim fit. Not tight like spandex, but slim with some stretch. Brand new with tags.
