Off The Shoulder Blouse

Off the shoulder patterned blouse with bell sleeves. Tag says it’s a large but I’m listing as a medium even though it probably should be listed as a small. The shirt is cinched all over so it can stretch. I wear this a tuck it in to high waisted black jeans and it looks great.
