Off The Shoulder Floral Top

Maroon shirt with a very stretchy elastic band at the top in order to have it be strapless. There are colorful flowers and some white dots on the shirt, along with a cool bright design at the bottom. It also has some tasseled strings at the top of the front of it. The sleeves have cut outs down the arms which look very cool and allow airflow into the shirt. It was purchased from Target and is by the brand Mudd.
