Off The Shoulder Turquoise Dress with White Stitching. Dress has flow-y sleeves with an elastic stretch at top to be worn off the shoulders. Can be worn on the shoulders but will be more like a long blouse to be worn with pants. Super lightweight material. Worn only twice! For reference I am 5’8 and dress worn off the shoulder hits mid thigh.
