Off White Blouse by Xhilaration from Target Pretty blouse by Xhilaration. Purchased to wear over a maxi. Light weight but not see through. EUC Freshly washed. Measurements: Nape to hem in back 24” Shoulder to hem in front 22” Chest armpit to armpit 22”- 23” Sleeve length 22” I’ve tried to show it using different lighting.
