Off White Stretch Style & Co Blouse Size XL

Very elegant blouse, like new with two tiny pulls which were there when I bought it. The pulls do not take away from the blouse, its in excellent condition otherwise. Measures 20.5" across the chest at the underarms. Semi sheer arms making it so special!!
