Off White and Sky Blue Embroidered Tulle Dress

This dress has no name brand. Possibly European. It is definitely machine made but looks as if it’s custom. Colors are Sky blue and off white—looks white. Size M, appears to be a Junior 7 or a Women’s 6. 14” waist , waist measures 27” around. 30” from armpit seam to hem, 17” from shoulder to shoulder, 18” at bust. Gifted by a friend, no visible flaws. The skirt is embroidered tulle overlaying polyester blend. There is light tulle on the lining.
